Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring all team members adhere to Hilton's security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and manage access control systems, CCTV, and other security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to maintain a safe environment.
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency response protocols, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to security and safety.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security plans and procedures for special events or high-profile guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
