Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards.
- Monitor and control access points, including verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies, security protocols, and local regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and actions taken.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist in training new security personnel (for Senior Security Officer role) and conducting security drills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (Senior role may require 3+ years).
- Valid security license or certification (e.g., SATPOL PP, SKK, or equivalent) as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and emergency procedures.
- First Aid/CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
