Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol company premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings, gates, and perimeter areas to ensure all entry points are secure.
- Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and visitor management.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and occurrences.
- Assist employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns related to security and safety.
- Collaborate with management to assess risks and implement proactive security measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
- Excellent observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security and safety.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
