Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure security and safety of premises, employees, and assets.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Control access to restricted areas, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and security observations.
- Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures to enhance overall safety.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders while maintaining security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security equipment and systems, such as CCTV and access control.
