Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises to ensure the safety of employees, guests, and property.
- Control access points, verifying the identity of visitors and preventing unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address security concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms) to ensure functionality.
- Assist in crowd management during peak hours or special events to maintain order and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
