Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors.
- Control access points, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Conduct regular security checks, including surveillance system monitoring and physical inspections.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant training will also be considered).
- Valid security certification or license (e.g., SATPAM certification in Indonesia).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols.
