Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security breaches
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter restricted areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to implement and enforce security protocols and emergency procedures
- Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards for patients, visitors, and staff
- Assist with emergency response procedures during medical or security-related incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security services, preferably in healthcare or sensitive environments
- Valid security license or certification (Indonesian or international equivalent)
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods during patrols
- Knowledge of basic security equipment operation (CCTV, access control systems)
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks
