Responsibility
- Conduct regular security patrols of the factory premises, including production areas, warehouses, and perimeter fencing
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs
- Operate and maintain security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Enforce company security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or theft
- Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary and serve as a liaison during investigations
- Participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security services, preferably in industrial or pharmaceutical settings
- Valid security license or certification (SIO or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
