Responsibility
- Enforce and adhere to all security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security concerns or potential hazards.
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with security-related inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest security protocols and techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with security equipment and systems is an advantage.
