Responsibility
- Conduct threat intelligence analysis to identify and mitigate risks to Tesla’s intellectual property, trade secrets, and reputation.
- Monitor global security trends, cyber threats, and physical security risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and implement security protocols and countermeasures to protect Tesla’s assets, data, and personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, IT, HR) to investigate security incidents and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assess vulnerabilities in Tesla’s systems, supply chain, and operations, recommending proactive solutions.
- Prepare and deliver security reports and briefings for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external security agencies, law enforcement, and industry partners to share intelligence and best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats by continuously updating knowledge of security technologies, tactics, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security intelligence, corporate security, or threat analysis, preferably in a global organization.
- Proven expertise in threat intelligence tools (e.g., SIEM, OSINT, dark web monitoring) and analytical methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, physical security principles, and risk management practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in highly confidential environments with a track record of discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with automotive, energy, or tech industries is highly desirable.
