Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT solutions to enhance system efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and develop infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential risks or failures.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, deployment, and retirement of hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime and data loss.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage systems.
- Experience with IT security best practices, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.
