Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Provide professional valet parking services, including greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and managing vehicle keys with integrity.
- Enforce access control procedures, verifying identification and authorizing entry for staff, guests, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, following established protocols and coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, including incident reports, guest interactions, and vehicle movements.
- Assist guests with directions, information, and special requests to enhance their overall experience.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems, reporting any malfunctions.
- Uphold a visible, approachable presence to deter potential security threats while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in security, valet services, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including in outdoor conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties).
- Knowledge of basic security protocols, emergency procedures, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
