Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security and safety policies and procedures for data center operations.
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and continuous training.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, and operations teams to integrate security measures with technological and physical infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security and safety regulations, including ISO 27001 and SSAE 18 standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for security systems, surveillance, and access control technologies.
- Prepare and present reports on security metrics, incidents, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a data center or high-security environment.
- Proven expertise in physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response planning.
- Strong knowledge of security and safety regulations, including ISO 27001, SSAE 18, and local Indonesian laws.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and mentor security personnel.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in security software, CCTV systems, and incident management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
