Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain cloud server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud servers and network configurations.
- Implement and manage automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.
- Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage cloud-based applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize cloud resources.
- Document operational procedures and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud server operations, preferably in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of server management, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
