Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, allocate resources, and generate performance reports.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar software.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
