Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a baking or culinary environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training programs and workshops.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
