Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the baking center, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff and customers on baking techniques and product usage.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine recipes, ensuring they meet market trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Organize and host baking workshops, demonstrations, and events to engage the community and promote the brand.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all baking center activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a baking or culinary environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs and workshops.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
