Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops, including venue booking and participant coordination.
- Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, and basic financial administrative tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic office equipment.
