Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property leases, contracts, and tenant agreements.
- Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, rent collection, and financial reporting.
- Assist in property inspections, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, financial statements, and basic accounting principles.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
