Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for secondary-level students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share best practices.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Utilize modern educational technologies and resources to enhance student engagement.
- Adhere to national and school-specific educational standards and policies.
- Foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and critical thinking among students.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, or a relevant subject with a teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (preferably in an international or multicultural setting).
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Professionalism, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time position.
- Valid teaching license or certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
