Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry for high school students.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to students’ learning styles and academic goals.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and Eduzone’s academic team to track and enhance student performance.
- Utilize interactive teaching tools and digital resources to make complex subjects engaging and accessible.
- Stay updated with the latest curriculum standards and exam formats (e.g., national exams, IGCSE, IB).
- Provide motivational support and mentorship to help students build confidence in STEM subjects.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team meetings to refine teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in high school-level STEM subjects (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following: Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of varying abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and/or international curricula (e.g., KTSP, Cambridge, IB).
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Willingness to work full-time in Bali (preferably based in or relocating to the target locations).
