Responsibility
- Conduct advanced research and experiments in biotechnology, focusing on new product development and innovation.
- Design, execute, and analyze scientific experiments to validate hypotheses and develop prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and other scientists, to drive project success.
- Document and present research findings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and integrate new methodologies into ongoing projects.
- Develop and optimize laboratory protocols, techniques, and workflows to enhance efficiency and reproducibility.
- Support the scaling of biotechnological products from laboratory to pilot or commercial production.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in biotechnology research, product development, or a similar role, preferably in an industrial or academic setting.
- Strong background in laboratory techniques, including PCR, ELISA, cell culture, and chromatography.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using scientific software and tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., GraphPad, R, Python).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Commitment to adhering to safety, ethical, and regulatory standards in biotechnology research.
