Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in high-volume manufacturing environments to minimize defects and improve product reliability
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective corrective actions
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and other industry quality standards
- Train production staff on quality control techniques and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization
- Support new product introductions by developing and implementing appropriate quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments, preferably in electronics or precision components
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
- Proficiency in using quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis
- Experience with measurement and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to document quality issues clearly and concisely
