Responsibility
- Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses on samples using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Prepare, standardize, and test chemical solutions, reagents, and compounds according to established protocols.
- Monitor and document test results, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies and procedures.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to support project goals.
- Generate detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in chemical testing, quality control, or research.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs (HPLC/GC), pH meters, and titrators.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety procedures, GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
