Responsibility
- Lead research and development in heterogeneous integration, focusing on chip-to-wafer and wafer-to-wafer hybrid bonding techniques.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize bonding processes, ensuring high yield and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate novel materials and technologies into semiconductor devices.
- Develop and implement advanced characterization methods to evaluate bonding quality and performance.
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the research team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with industry partners to translate research outcomes into practical applications.
Qualifications
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on semiconductor technology.
- Proven experience in heterogeneous integration, hybrid bonding, or advanced packaging techniques.
- Strong background in semiconductor fabrication, materials characterization, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in using advanced laboratory equipment and analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of publishing research and presenting at conferences.
- Experience in collaborating with industry partners or working in a research and development environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
