Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for scientific instruments and lab equipment.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in academic institutions, research labs, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of laboratory solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on product innovations and industry advancements to position Techcomp as a leader in scientific equipment.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex scientific products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote or field-based role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other parts of Indonesia.
