Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential business clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of Agro Boga Utama’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali business landscape and existing networks in the region are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
