Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales and distribution.
- Represent Sun Pharma at industry conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market, regulations, and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
