Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Promote BFI Finance’s multifinance products and services through effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing or Credit Officer in multifinance, banking, or financial institutions.
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
