Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with automotive showrooms and dealerships in Bali.
  • Ensure smooth execution of Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealer partners to address concerns, provide support, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose innovative solutions for business expansion.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for dealer staff on BFI Finance products, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the financial or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
