Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless retail operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to the retail team, including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail administration or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
