Responsibility

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s distribution network in Bali.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and maintain sales performance to ensure consistent revenue growth and stability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and customer preferences to guide product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or area sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
