Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in the Financial, Enterprise, or Education sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
