Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Bali region
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for motorcycle products
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willingness to travel within Bali
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills for sales reporting and CRM management
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali
