Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of needs, expectations, and feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and align on strategic goals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Monitor client accounts for trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively address any issues to mitigate churn.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on retention and growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
