Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new merchant clients in Bali for QRIS Soundbox adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase QRIS Soundbox benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with businesses of all sizes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for QRIS Soundbox installations.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings in digital payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with QRIS, e-wallets, or digital payment ecosystems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality for acquiring new business.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali for client meetings.
