Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and promotional offers to provide expert advice.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing, and leasing options is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
