This role combines engineering expertise with commercial acumen to drive revenue growth by delivering tailored technical solutions to clients.
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and customers, translating complex product features into compelling value propositions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and after-sales service.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of IDR 6.5M – 9.75M per month, along with the chance to work in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant and fast-growing markets. Responsibility
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the design and customization of products to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, product specifications, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and technical tools relevant to the industry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
