Responsibility
- Identify and onboard new restaurant partners to adopt our OmniCommerce solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and pain points of local businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our business solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new merchants.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to maximize their use of our solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
