Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by providing exceptional customer service.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
