Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies with market needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive business expansion and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
