Based in Bali, Indonesia, you will leverage your expertise in sales, negotiation, and market analysis to expand our project portfolio. Your strategic approach will drive revenue, build long-term client relationships, and position CDCC Builders as a leader in the industry.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 per month (or equivalent in local currency) plus performance-based incentives.
Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire high-value projects, including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, finance, legal) to ensure seamless project onboarding and execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on project pipelines, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent CDCC Builders Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition within the construction/real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, bidding processes, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
