Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify and engage potential clients in data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings to promote Truwater’s cooling and HVAC solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close high-value deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand Truwater’s brand visibility.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on pipeline progress to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, cooling systems, or industrial solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
