Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote EAP and mental wellbeing services to corporate clients in Indonesia.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client needs and present tailored EAP solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns for EAP services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and industry best practices to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, healthcare, or corporate wellness.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or mental health services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a WFH setup.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Based in Bali with a stable internet connection and professional home office setup.
