Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue in assigned regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while delivering value to clients.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu as required.
