Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for scientific and analytical instruments.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including research institutions, universities, and industrial laboratories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our scientific systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the scientific community.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in scientific instrumentation.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
