Responsibility
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for BPOM and Halal certification.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and data.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes as required.
- Liaise with BPOM and Halal certification bodies for approvals and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of regulatory strategies for product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of BPOM and Halal certification processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory documentation software.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
