Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, personal, and career-related concerns.
- Develop and implement student support programs tailored to individual needs and school objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a holistic support system for students.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and development.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and program outcomes.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
- Stay updated on best practices in educational counseling and integrate them into school programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in counseling, education, or student support roles, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Familiarity with educational systems, career guidance, and student development theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
