Responsibility
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the preschool, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and educational goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a high-quality, child-centered curriculum that fosters holistic development.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of teachers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community to enhance the school’s reputation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with national and international educational standards, as well as local regulations and policies.
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management, to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, assessment, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Promote a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the well-being of students and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Teacher).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in preschool education.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teachers, parents, and community members.
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment, and implementing educational programs that meet diverse learning needs.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for education, leadership, and making a positive impact on young children’s lives.
