Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive biotechnology courses aligned with industry standards and academic best practices.

Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in biotechnology or a related discipline at the university level.
- Proven track record of research in biotechnology, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong knowledge of modern biotechnology techniques, laboratory safety protocols, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with curriculum development, assessment design, and academic program accreditation.
