In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and instructional design principles to create SCORM-compliant courses, microlearning modules, and multimedia-rich content. Responsibility
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate learning objectives into engaging digital content.
- Ensure all eLearning modules are SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with major LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone).
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, quizzes, simulations) to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to identify and resolve technical or usability issues in eLearning modules.
- Optimize content for mobile responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG compliance) to ensure inclusivity.
- Stay updated on eLearning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve course design and delivery.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eLearning content post-deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an eLearning Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or animation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom eLearning interactions.
- Excellent project management and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
